Film Remover 6136 is a more alkaline cleaner designed to remove road
film, oils, greases and other soils from cars, trucks, busses, trains
and other transportation vehicles. Formula 6136 is our "high octane"
formula, designed to provide extra cleaning power in those stubborn
cleaning situations. Unlike conventional alkaline cleaners which require
some kind of mechanical agitation in conjunction with the cleaner,
formula 6136 can be applied using a pressure washer at low pressure
followed by a high pressure water rinse. Surfaces completely free from
film are the results.

Depending on dilution water hardness and vehicle
soil loading, use formula 6136 at dilutions of 1:25 to 1:100. Apply to
the vehicle using a pressure washer. Apply/cleaner at a low pressure
from the bottom up. Rinse from the bottom up as well, but final rinse
from the top down. Pressure rinse using the highest pressure available.
A level of 500 psi minimum four to six inches from the surface is
suggested. A 1500 psi rinse at 4 gpm can be held as far as twelve inches

solution form is not compatible with conventional alkaline detergents.
Mixing formula 6136 with other cleaning agents will destroy road film
removing properties. In very hard water areas use stronger
Road Film Remover 6136 and its solutions are
alkaline. Do not take internally. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
Should contact occur, flush area immediately with water. If any
discomfort persists, consult a physician. Read relevant Material Safety
